Update after a few months
After several months, once again, thank you for all the emails and comments! Thank you for the help, my dear Dornier pilots!
I really appreciate that and I’m looking forward to working on with you in the future.
I’m now preparing for the final ATPL theory exam. After that, I will continue flying IFR and hopefully in about half a year finish and start flying commercial airplanes.
In the last months I have been really busy studying. That will be over in a few weeks and I will have more free time for all those nice things in life, such as my Do228 project.
I whish you a very nice new year 2009!

Thanks for the update Viktor, good luck on all your tests, and have fun with your IFR practice as well!
Just wanted a bit of clarification as to if you are going to make this beautiful DO228 FSX compatible. I really hope so, as there are no decent DO228s avalible, and this one is going to blow everything else out of the water!

Yes there will be a FS9 Version too, if Viktor don´t changed the Plans.
In Fact , the FS9 Version will be released first.

I think it’s really stupid to put the DO-228 out of TFFJ. I live on this island and now all flight of Air Caraibes (exept to TFFG and TNCM) are made by Air Antilles Express with DHC-6. Results: 20 min more of flight to TFFF and a smaller cabin. But DO-228 continue their flight between Le Raizet and Le Lamentin airport. At this day F-OHQK are the only AC DO-228 to fly (F-OGVA and F-OGVE are storred at TFFF general aviation parking, and wait for a new purchaser).

hey guys! i’m really looking this project soon to be completed. i havent found any satisfactory model of dornier 228 on the sites. this model looks pretty much precised and accurate. Its been a long time waiting for this project. how about just releasing the beta model excluding VC and with minimum animations for just the time till the release of the full project?

no matter friend. best of luck for ur ATPL exams n by the way for which airline r u going to fly for? in about a year i’ll also be heading for Pilot Training coarse n try to fly DO-228 in Nepal. Hey! i have heard that in the mid 2009 dornier aircrafts r being remanufactured with 5 blade props n glass cockpit. Isn’t its great?
